Together with Stage 1 and Stage 2, it will replace 28 pairs of dumbbells and adds 6 additional increments to Sport EXP Stage 2 set (75, 77.5, 80, 85, 87.5 and 90lbs per hand). The add on kit replaces additional 449kg (990lbs) of free weights and guarantees enhanced durability thanks to anti-friction, non-textured paint.
