This multi-purpose barbell bar has dual knurl markings at 1.2mm making it suitable for Olympic lifting, Powerlifting and functional training. It features 8-needle bearings and a brass centre bearing to deliver smooth, reduced-friction, quality spin and enhanced durability. The bar is tested to a minimum of 190.000lbs per in2 level and machine-tested up to 1000kg.
