    Paid full price for an already used carpet – covered in dirt, rubbish and dog hair. It was unusable. Tried to email to resolve but was told it would need to go back to factory to find a ‘fault’

    This is our 1st air tent and would not go back to poles now super sturdy only takes 15 min to pump up fully. Big bedrooms excellent for a family we would definitely recommend!
