Had lots of Rab products in the past and been very happy. I bought this 6 months ago and already the arms become saturated and absorb water when I’m cycling. It also leaks around the neck and zip .

Used this jacket in some moderate rain with some above average wind and it leaked completely through the zip and the entire jacket became saturated with water and damp on the inside. Do not buy this.

Bought locally from outdoor store 2020, after about 8months noticed damp arms, took back to shop who sent to rab, tested it and rab sent new jacket with out problem. Also have gortex which is great

Fabric is much thinner than the previous version of Firewall
Main zip started to fail after 10 months
Pocket zip started to fail after 5 and totally failed at 12 months
Sizing is bigger in new version

I purchased this Rab firewall jacket from Go outdoors, It is not waterproof as stated, even a small shower it lets rain through, if ii had my receipt I would take it back and ask for a refund! RA

Bought this thinking rab is one of the leading outdoorsmakes out there how sadly mistaken was i pockets full of water good job didn’t put phone in and my inside tip was soaking after going out in rain
