Really warm merino. I’m 5”4”, size 10. S/M size ideal – any longer would get in the way of socks, so length suits well. Also wore them as tights with a dress and boots – v cosy. Highly recommended.

Really warm and very good as a base layer BUT I am only 5’ 4” and they barely stretched to my ankles…. luckily I had thermal socks too but I have to say slightly disappointing
